Jiffy Lube rip-off scam con artists Glendale California
This was my first time at Jiffy Lube and it is my last time at Jiffy Lube. They push optional high priced services and products while failing to perform the services included in the basic oil change.
They pushed the synthetic oil, radiator coolant change, differential service, etc. They FAILED to check tire pressure, and only did so when I asked what tire pressure did they put into the tires. This is a standard service item of their oil change.
They failed to check the power steering fluid level - I ADDED A PINT of power seering fluid the following morning! This is ALSO a standard service item - their computerized invoice states that the power steering fluid level was visually inspected!
And SOMEHOW my manual crank window is NOW NON-OPERATIVE - I am sure that they will DENY rolling it down (it was closed when I came in) and doing something STUPID to it. They LIE about everything else.
I have doubt that they did any of the other items that the invoice states that they did.
I will NOT return to Jiffy Lube - the only reason that I went there for the first time is because the other two places that I normally go to were CLOSED while Jiffy Lube were still OPEN.
