Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I like alot of others I see was ripped off from Jim Rosen, Web Ad Systems, and W.Craig and Co. I have been trying for 11 months now to get my money back from all three of these companies. Phone call after phone call each company puts the blame on the other, tells me my refund has been processed and will take 2 billing cycles to appear on my statement(8 months later still no refund)takes my information and tell me they will check on it and get back to me. (still wating on that call) And now I Can't get anyone to answer any of the 8 phone #'s I have.

I question positive experience report, due to the fact that so many people have reported calling and writing to all of Jim Rosen's companies and have not be able to get a positive repsond nor even get to talk to a live person. My Website products were reduced in price from $3,000 items to $197. What possible profit could be received from such great a sale reduction. This I question I ask of the Website producers and received NO ANSWER BACK! I WANT TO BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS IS LEGIT, BUT why sooooooo many reports of SCAM!!! We scam reporters are wanting to beleive the best and seeeeeeeeee good results! OUR BANK ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN DRAFTED AND WE ARE NOT REPORTING GOOD RESULTS.

I have had a lot of success selling CardioZone Fitness Equipment and if it wasn't for Jim Rosen and his company CardioZone giving me these excellent products to sell, I would not have my business which has been what I would think very successful for a new business. I bought the Jim Rosen Classified Information after watching the infomercial in early september of 2003, only about 7 months ago. Like most, I was very excited and confident that I could use Jim's program to make money. I was only 20 years old and I have made a good amount of money delivering pizzas, but I wanted my own business. I was not sure what I wanted to sell, but it was only $40 and I figured it would be worth it just to read everything and see if Jim Rosen and his information could help me start my own business. I always shop and buy products online, and I took only a few webdesign classes in college and so I wanted to have my own website selling products online. I was very confident and excited to sell products after reading all of Jim's information I received. I was still thinking about what to sell, and that is when web ad systems called to sell me the website and other tools to become a CardioZone distributor selling these excellent high quality machines. I got setup with a very, very professional and attractive website and the wonderpay merchant account that they suggested. We were all told that a merchant account was very much needed to sell products, and that much is very true for sure. We were not all forced into getting a merchant account with ecommerce exchange, it was suggested and a option. That merchant account had its advantages because they made it compatible with taking sales on the website and having the customers payments automatically charged and you would not have to do anything. You also have the option of setting up your website so that the credit card payments are received and recorded for you to look at in the admin section of the website, and then you would manually charge the credit card payments. You could have gotten a different, cheaper, merchant account from all the other companies out there, but they are hard to get especially for a new business(believe me when I tell you that), that is why ecommerce was nice because they gave just about anyone who bought the website from webadsystems a merchant account, and you need a merchant account to accept credit cards and without it your chances of getting sales decrease very very much. Without that first wonerpay merchant account which now shows my past processing success with no chargebacks, there's no way I would have gotten the merchant account I have now with a much higher monthly processing limit. All credit card processors have strict guidelines they follow when giving merchant accounts, and without a previous processor that shows good credit it is virtually impossible to get a merchant account who will allow you to process as many sales as I do now. I recently had to get a new merchant account with a higher monthly processing limit to be able to process as many sales as I get, and I applied through many companies and most of them declined the application due to how high of a monthly volume I process every month, and without the past processing with IPayment and wonderpay who gave me the first merchant account that shows a good record of credit card processing with no chargebacks, theres no way I would have been able to get the merchant accounts I have now which allows me to process $100,000 in sales per month in sales if I need to. I actually get many many more sales than web ad systems made it sound like I would get, but that is all because of my hard work and effort I have put into the business. All businesses take a lot of work and time put into them especially at the beginning to become successful, and its not easy but you just have to keep going and putting more and more effort and time into it all. I have read Jim's books and used his advertising methods combined with my own common sense to generate all of my sales. Instead of giving up and blaming others such as Jim Rosen who has only given you a business opportunity selling excellent products that sell themselves, everybody should have started to put some effort and hard work into their business just like I have and several others who have had success, such as doing their own advertising whether it being online, in newspapers, or whatever. Maybe some of you did or did not have much luck with your own advertising techniques, but I have been doing it full time and doing well because I always continue to further my advertising and I spend most of my time advertising these products, and then answering many calls a day answering questions and taking orders for Jim's excellent fitness equipment. I do well advertising in part because of my desire to succeed and the time that I put in. I am able to put ads online that make these products sell easily. I have been selling consistently since I started. All the advertising does cost a lot of money, but it takes money to make money right? I have been spending $1300 a month just in my own advertising for many months now, and without all that well spent money on advertising I would not be getting nearly as much sales. I have also sold as many as 8 of Jim's recommended fitness equipment products in one day, and close to 20 in a great week, very rarely do I sell less than 5 or 6 in one week. Without the excellent products that Jim Rosen and CardioZone allow me to sell at very very low prices when compared to other similar products, I would not have my business. I have sold a lot of products in total, and not a single one has ever been returned and nobody has ever been unsatisfied with the quality of them. The customers always say how great they are and how happy they were to get such a great product at a low price. Many customers ask why the equipment is so cheap or if it really is high quality because they all compare to much much more expensive machines with all the same features. Below is a couple of emails I have received from happy customers: Hello Tom, I just wanted to let you know I got the treadmill yesterday, and I love it! It was nice to have somebody else bring it in and set it up. I will recommend you to anyone who's in the market for some fitness equipment. Thanks and happy new year, Kathy hey tom....just wanted to thank you for all of your timely responses and great service!!! i got the machine today and it is great!!!! love it....thanks again and if anyone i know is interested in one of these, i will definitely reccomend you...have a good one There are many more from where those came from. Web ad systems gave Jim Rosen's Classified Information LLC and his partners an excellent presentation about all their advertising and services they would give to Jim Rosen's students to help them sell Jim's CardioZone fitness equipment, including their nice websites and guaranteed traffic, so they chose Web ads as a third party company for all the student's websites and advertising. Having a website programmed with a shopping cart and administration section is an excellent website, average people including myself cannot come up with a website nearly as nice and with as many features as our websites have. If you go to any other fitness equipment website from other companies, the information about every product is very very slim compared to the pictures and other advertisements on our websites. Other websites have one small far away picture and barely a brief specs chart, our websites have many pictures to help sell and more information than just a brief specs chart. Jim has provided us with numerous competitve advantages such as the unique 30 day money back guarantee, extended lifetime warranties, free personal training and nutritional counseling for life and much more, I use all those extra benefits about our products to sell if I need to, but I usually don't need to do any talking at all besides answering questions from the customers to sell the products. Jim Rosen made sure our websites looked good with a lot of extra information and forms of advertising to help us sell these products. He personally has Keys Fitness make all our CardioZone treadmills with more features than the similar Keys models to give us an advantage to sell, and we get the products at excellent prices because we are able to sell better than standard Keys models at lower prices. I have spoken to Jim Rosen many many times on the phone and through emails and he is always happy to hear of my success and that is why he started CardioZone, to allow others like us all to start a business and have a good chance of succeeding because of the great products he gives us the ability to sell. (and they will sell for you too as long as you get them seen). He would love to see everybody making sales and more money just like he has for over 18 years. Jim is actually teaching us to do exactly what he has done every day for over 18 years. His intentions were genuine when he started CardioZone and web ad systems serviced all the websites and advertising for his students. He has given us all the chance to have a business selling excellent in-demand products in a industry that continues to go up and will go up for a long time to come. Its up to us students to put effort and time into a business just as anybody has to do with any business to succeed. If you feel that you are not getting the advertisement you paid for from web ad systems, well that's not Jim Rosen's fault, he assumed that web ad systems would do a good job to help his students sell and make money. Everybody needs to stop pointing the blame to Jim Rosen or Cardiozone, as Jim has done everything with the full sincere intentions to help us all and I am very grateful because without his business opportunity he gave me, I would not have a successful business and my new Honda CR 250 I just bought with cash. I have dreamed of making a lot of money to buy things like a new dirt bike or whatever, and now I am finally there and I am very happy thanks to Jims help. Jim Rosen is a very nice guy just like you saw him in the tv show. Jim Rosen's Classified Information, LLC, the company who owns and produced the infomercial is now trying to also help his students with the lawsuit against Web ad systems to try his best to get any funds back, if there are any, to whoever paid money to web ad systems, even though many of you already did receive an awesome website, a success team manual, wonderpay, and other services. The program has worked well for me and many others who are selling consistently. I spend a lot of time advertising and not going to forums and web pages like this website complaining and blaming the wrong person, everybody could put all this negative time into putting effort into their business. I just put a bunch of time into typing all this to help straighten out all the wrong and incorrect things being said about Jim Rosen when I could have been furthering my advertising to help sell our incredible products, but I feel bad for Jim Rosen after reading all this stuff online about him because he is not to blame and he just wanted to and still does want to help his students and help everybody's customers live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Thanks for reading and good luck to all of you.

Positive Experience

I just recently became aware of the problems that some have had with the Jim Rosen program and thought I would chime in here with a positive story. I joined the program in December '02 and have continued to build my business selling fitness equipment every month since then. It hasn't been easy and I'm not getting rich, but the business is doing well and continues to grow. I have sold equipment every month since I started the program. During the '03-04 holiday season in my peak one month period we sold 60 pieces of equipment. These were not large orders, but almost entirely single units sold to individuals. They love the equipment and are anxious to make referrals. The equipment is well made, high quality and at a fantastic price. I have sold as many as 8 in one day and 15 in one week; mostly individual sales! I know I'm not the only one selling because the order lines are always busy taking equipment orders and our shipper is often tough to get a hold of transporting lots of equipment every week. Profit varies depending how and where I sell, but as long as you make a profit on each sale it adds up. Maybe my expectations were not has high as some of those that have been disappointed because I had only hoped to show a profit by the end of the first year, so I consider myself very fortunate to have done much better than that. I have been a businessman over thirty years and have never see a business that didn't require adequate financing and very hard work to even have a chance to be successful. If WebAd Systems over promised sales, I didn't hear it because I didn't expect it. WebAd Systems did deliver a great Website, well layed out, with a good shopping cart/ sales capability. This was a topnotch job. I know because I do this kind of work for other companies and appreciated the quality of the website. I have been involved in the Internet since the beginning of the World Wide Web ('94-'95) and have helped companies market a wide range of products thru the Internet. I observed the .com bust first hand and was not at all surprised. I saw the Rosen program as finally providing a viable product line that could be successfully marketed. I am really sorry to learn that others have not been successful and feel scammed. I don't know that WebAd System mislead anyone, but I know I wasn't. I also know that Jim Rosen had no involvement with them. The company that markets the Rosen business opportunity contracted with them to build and support the websites (they did a good job there) and to further promote the business opportunity (I can't really speak to how they did with that part). I also just learned that the company that markets the Jim Rosen business opportunity is stepping up to help those who have not been successful and feel taken advantage of and to also to help if they can with refunds from WebAd Sytems if there are any funds left. I understand that they have just filed a lawsuit against WebAd Systems and W. Craig and Company to see what can be done. Go to the following website and let them know about your situation to help with the process: http://www.jim-rosen-cares.com I didn't intend to go on rambling as long as I have, but I do want to make one more comment before I sign off. The vengeful, personal comments towards Jim Rosen are in my opinion misdirected, incorrect, and non-productive. I have personally spoken to him a number of times over the last year and have found him to be completely supportive and sincere in his interest for my success. He is extremely knowledgeable in how to sell fitness equipment. That is his talent and his success for quite a few years. His willingness to share this knowledge thru the company marketing the Jim Rosen business opportunity should be appreciated not condemned. He is aware it hasn't been the success for everyone he hoped it would be and I know he is working to remedy this. I don't know if this will lead to a positive experience for all that have gotten involved but I do know that Jim Rosen will do what he can to make that happen. Best of Luck to All
