Dear Edward,
Your posting was recently brought to my personal attention and I wanted to respond myself. To give you a little background, my company, Fitness Blowout, is a family business and we have been helping people improve their health with our fitness equipment for nearly 25 years. We're one of the top fitness equipment dealers online with over 200,000 fitness products shipped to date to our very satisfied customers.
Several years ago, I was contacted by a company who markets business opportunities. They were impressed with my track record and success marketing fitness equipment using classified ads in newspapers all over the country and asked if I would be willing to share my strategies and secrets with others. The opportunity was called "Jim Rosens Classified Information" and I thought it would be a great way to work together with people who wanted to promote my mission of helping people live longer, healthier and happier lives using my fitness equipment. I was a bit concerned about revealing my business secrets but then decided that it would be a team effort, with everyone trying to achieve the same goal of helping people get healthy by promoting the use of our fitness equipment. I was hired simply as the spokesperson for the program and did not have control over the business nor their day to day operations.
The company who hired me then entered into a partnership with a company who designed websites and provided marketing support for the customers who ordered the program. They seemed like a good company that was motivated to do a good job. Unfortunately, they became overextended and ultimately filed bankruptcy. They had marketed all of their programs by saying "this is what Jim uses, this is what Jim does", etc. When they closed their doors, customers understandably thought that I was responsible since my name was on the program. I was devastated by this; I never imagined it would end this way when I signed on board with the company. I was willing to share my most successful business secrets and strategies to help others. One of my top success stories, Tom Truxell, is still successfully selling our equipment on ebay nearly ten years later.
I'm a husband and father of six kids. Healthy living is a way of life for me and my family, and my biggest passion. My mission in life is to help as many people as possible enjoy the wonderful benefits of exercising to live a longer, healthier and happier life. The last thing in the world I want is for someone to take action to improve their quality of life, get excited, order a product or service that's associated with my name and business, and then not have the experience they expected. If you've had a less than perfect experience, I want to know about it and I truly want to help you. Please email me directly at

and describe your situation and I'll do everything I can to fully address the matter. I will read and respond to every email individually. Again, I completely understand how frustrating this kind of thing can be and Im looking forward to hearing from you.
Health and Happiness,
Jim Rosen
