DESCRIPTION: James Wesley Busby aka Jim Busby. Washington Drivers License - renewal 3/7/2009. White male. 48 years old. DOB 03/07/1959. DEFINING PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: 6'2", 240+ lbs. Brown Hair, Hazel Eyes, Sparse brown/ grey beard and moustache. Left handed. L-upper bicep, Lrg. Tiger Tattoo surrounded by 7 children's names. Chest: Thin chest hair w/ Prison made "Puff the magic dragon" that is poorly done and may be re-tattoo'd over. Missing right hand ring finger. Right hand thumb is reconstructed with thumb nail spike growing from side of thumb rather than nail-bed. Old knife stab wound on L upper bicep. Bottle slash wound w/ stitch marks under L arm bicep. Appendectomy scar. Lower back surgery scar. Ankle surgery scar and residual pain from pins and plates (may be removed).

Wears disposable contact lenses (keeps this a secret). Suffers from skin pigment discoloration disease in strategic locations and inside of wrists. Very small mouth, thin lips. Small head out of proportion to weight, body size due to over-working-out. HABITS/ CHARACTERISTICS: Always wears black, dark blue, grey. States other colors are for women/"puss*" colors. Usually wears Halston Z14 Cologne. Habitually in dark sunglasses to avoid being identified, avoid having emotions detected. Oklahoma (southern) accent. Loud, high pitched laugh (effeminate cackle). Obsessive/ compulsive regarding order, neatness, arranging things. Sexually obsessive/ obsessed and insecure. Women who've been with/ know him believe him to be a latent homosexual. Homophoebic to extreme. Degrades and insecure w/ women. Hates mother for abandoning him. As adult, hates women due to sexual problems. Will attempt to dominate, degrade, use, for parasitical purposes. Classic statement: "I have no use for women."

VEHICLES: Rides black 2005 Suzuki Touring Motorcycle, Black Saddlebags, Sissy Seat, WA Plates. (Motorcycle is wanted for re-possession by Creditors.) FOODS: Steak, BBQ Sauce on everything, Salad w/ Honey-Mustard or BC, Strawberry Yogurt, Whey Protien Drinks, Frosted Flakes, Bananas, Mexican, any Chinese Food, Frequents Chinese Buffets when eating out due to huge appetite and being cheap. MODUS OPERENDI: Secretive, evasive, liar, charming to women, very unfriendly to men. Targets women 25 to 40, who are easily taken in by accent, reserved controlled demeanor, smell of cologne, flashy jewelry (diamond watch and rings), motorcycle, and appearance of eccentric affluence. Sleeps with them, doesn't leave. Uses un-suspecting women for a place to stay, sex, food, money, drugs. Leaves when they appear to want something, or will run if they threaten to call police or law.

HISTORY: Grew up in Coweta, Oklahoma with grandparents, Fanny and Earnest Busby (now deceased). Service History in 70's as E6. Honorable Discharge. Did 2 yrs. of 5 yr. sentence in early 1980's in either Lexington or McCallister Prison, OK for attempted murder. Paroled 8/1983. Moved to WA State 8/1983. Married 1/1985. Six Children born during marriage. Started Plumbing Contractor business w/ wife in 1987. Successful business till 4/2002. 4/2002, wife filed for divorce w/ DV charges. Business was dissolved due to James Busby taking over and transferring all monetary assets, non pmt. of business and personal creditors, business and plumbing license revocation. James Busby began working "under the table" to avoid paying Child Support. Left wife with five minor children and no money. Lived underground several years till WA State Support Enforcement caught up with him. Contacted x-wife, began paying child support and back support. Stopped paying child support in 10/06. Left WA State 11/2006. Relocated to Sapulpa, OK. Re-connected with his mother in Enid, OK. Took up residence and domestic relationship with cousin, used cousin for monetary purposes, left cousin, 6/2007. Traveled through TX, NM, AZ, CA, OR in summer of 2007 to arrive in St. Maries, ID in 7/2007. Lived with friend Michael P. Ihler and Linda Mancini on Edwards Rd., St. Maries, Idaho until 10/2007. Disappeared 10/2007 and believed to be living out of leased storage unit, Affordable Storage, Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley, WA. Storage unit manager has protective relationship with him. (Female). Last seen at storage unit via video-camera on 12/14/2007.

ENDANGERING ISSUES: Domestic Violence Perpetrator, Snohomish County, WA. Restricted from owning, storing, carrying firearms, ammunition. James W. Busby currently has two Smith & Wesson Revolver's in his possession; Ladies S&W 38 Police Special, S&W 350 Magnum. Also has two 5 gallon buckets of ammunition stored with revolvers. Most likely location is in his green Safe, at Affordable Storage Unit, or at some woman's house. Also has large collection of Martial Art's knives, and other weapons. May also have 9 round Police Pump 12 gauge shotgun, single shot 22 rifle, two automatic 22 rifles, and a 30/30 rifle. Do not attempt to take or discuss weapons with him, he is unstable, calculating, and dangerous. Report possession of firearms to nearest Law Enforcement.
