Jimmy Isando Eixab a/k/a Rodney of the Republic of Namibia, passport no. ********, ID no ************, and DOB **/**/**** is involved in committing fraudulent rough diamond scams to Americans and/or Europeans. The first scam is to ask for a deposit of money and they will send raw diamonds with KPC via mail service, but they never come. The second scam is when you meet him in Europe and or Namibia, they attempt to sell you fake raw diamonds with fake KPCs. Lastly, he will attempt to get the unsuspecting victim you help him get a US Visa to enter the USA.
