JKS Global Enterprises Yannis Giantzides Had articles written but did not pay for them. Internet
I was hired to write some articles for Mr. Yannis, and did so in a timely manner. During our initial conversation, he mentioned that he could pay me every few articles, but wanting a lump sum payment I said no. Since he had hired me on a reputable work from home website, I assumed there would be no issues, plus I knew which company he was getting this work done for and his own website.
After a week, I submitted the work. He mentioned that he wasn't happy, and that he needed some things removed. I told him that even though these were not things he had mentioned before in our initial conversation, I would re-write all the articles for him. I submitted them again.
This time he didn't respond for a while. I kept emailing and he never replied. Finally he replied saying they were still not ok. He needed them in some format (which is what I had delivered them in) and that he would just ask someone else to work on them.
I immediately replied saying that like last time, I would re-write them, if he could only send me a sample of what he was looking for, as clearly he was not able to explain his requirements properly. He said ok. I never got the sample. I kept emailing and asking for it, to no avail. Finally he ended the contract without paying me.
I replied asking him why he had done that, especially after I had gone through the trouble of re-writing them for him once, and had been willing to do it again. He said he had sent me the sample and he had had enough (I did not get any such email, despite repeatedly asking him to send this "sample" to me).
Since he runs a website design company, I am reporting him so that other writers will not have the same experience. Stay away! Or actually, make sure you get upfront payments! He probably took my articles and had them re-written at 1/3rd the cost by some other writer.

In response to Miss Needa:
Yes, i used odesk to hire her as her credentials in her bio were of high quality, (studied at cambridge i think it was) so i was happy to give her a go.
I offered to pay on a "per article basis", Needa didn't accept.
I got her first batch of articles at a later date than was specified (that was fine by me)
The quality was not of the standard that i was expecting (considering her credentials and what we spoke about). I believe she was ill at some point, so that's probably one of the reasons. (again, im fine with that)
I asked her to re-write them, she did, but they were still not of good quality (they were mentioning products in the articles that i did not want)
I simply got tired of waiting and seeing if the articles were going to get any better, so i used another articles writter who i did pay to write them. These were original articles and i did not use any of Miss Needa's articles as a starting point to re-write them at a lower cost as she describes.
As for the samples that Needa claims she never got, I have the email sent to her in my sent items, which i will gladly show.
If you want veryfication, i can suply the other article writer's name and skype so that you can speak to him yourself and confirm the work he did for me and payment received.
The only thing that i should have done in hindsight was to pay a small amount to Needa for her time spent writing the articles. I am happy to do that if she wants.
I object to paying for low standard/quality articles, as I am sure many people would.
