JLR Auctions Theft of Auction Itmes and Fraud - Company took items prior to returning them to customer becasue they were unable to coplete the job compently. Culpeper Virginia
We arent done with you yet Ron Leftwich Rasmus auctions and JLR Auctions I will be posting every month on every fraud website I can find until you return our items and or money. We have filed fraud charges with Va. We wiill not be defrauded.
Ron Leftwich from Rasmus & JLR auctions picked our items up from our house to be auctioned through their company. Since they were not capable of doing this in a timely professional manner they opted to give us our items back. When the items were returned this company and its employees picked through our items outright stealing the most expensive items stealing about 2,000 dollars worth of sterling silver flatware sterling silver jewelry and watches.
This company was completely unprofessional from the beginning I should have realized there was a problem when I was advised by an employee that they allow people to bid on their own items which constitutes shill bidding. Not only are we filing theft charges with the police we are also filing a complaint in VA with the board of auctioneers and suing for damages. I will update with documentation when received as well as the results of the police investigation and the court results when complete.
I want this post to serve as a warning to other customers that this company is not honest and professional. BEWARE!!!!
