JMW Financial Services ripoff Mesa Arizona
I received a collection notice from Pacific Creditors Association in regards to JMW Financial Services threatening to to report me to a credit reporting agency. BIG MISTAKE!! These people are running a scam on consumers using the HUD program.
After going on the HUD website and finding a consumer alert for people known as tracers I reported them to HUD and then called JMW Financial right back. It was within an hour after I gave them a check number over the phone. I told them I wanted nothing to do with this and to delete any information that I had given them. I was assured by a woman by the name of Cynthia that there would be no problem doing this. I then called my bank to stop payment. I never even received the software so where do they get off turning me into collections? I was never an employee!
I assured Pacific Creditors Association that If I am contacted again or see this on any credit reports you better believe a lawsuit will follow. To all of you other consumers who have been ripped-off or have been attempted to be ripped off by JMW Financial Services report them immediately. They are now under investigation and the more complaints that are made the better.
