Update March 2013: Thanks Sean for filing a RippOff Report. Joan "JoAnn" Baldrich (Temecula/Lake Elsinore CA), has been underground since her Short Sale Seminar Expos. I won a Judgement against her based on Fraud, and won. She tried to settle but for pennies on the dollar. Then she lied to drag out the legal process and lost Again on Appeal. I am still trying to collect thousands on her broke self. Her license is restricted by the Dept of Real Estate for, you guessed it, Fraud. Thanks for all those who submitted sworn Affadavits against her. If you are vetting her for any reason, be Glad you found this. She has a true talent for believing her own lies, and getting others to do the same.
