Beware of Jody Humphrey and any company any company Hubert Humphrey and his son Jody start! This man continues to prey on people while telling stories of success of his father Hubert's companies and Jody claims to have been a super successful financial planner for many of Nashvilles hottest singers. He continues to seek investors to pour money into his sons music career... Promising that he has some HUGE amount of money coming in and will pay the loan back. Unfortunately many have been scammed by such a story.
This famiily says they are devote Mormons and maybe they are... but who these people are inside their "church" and who they are in the "business world" and in public are two TOTALLY DIFFERENT types of people! Surprisingly... Do not give these people a dime unless you are willing to walk away from that money and never see it again.
Hubert is said to have made hundreds of millions over the years so my question is why is his son going around asking others for money? Does Hubert not believe in his own grandson or is all of this "talk of success" just that, a bunch of hot air and lies???
I personally have been taken for over $15,000! I have confirmed and verified two others that have also been taken for amounts in excess of $10,000! This family is made up of crooks... He will agree to sign promisory notes to pay back such a loan and it's not worth the paper its written on... Take it from me. When you file suit against him he will try to bully you into thinking he's got some money to pay and if you'll settle with him he'll have it to you tomorrow... Well that is a bunch of lies too! Just a way to try to get you to drop the suit against him! DO NOT DO IT!!!

Take it from those who have already lost thousands... DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN, HIS FATHER, WIFE (Julie Humphrey) or SON (Jordan Humphrey) a dime!!! They will take your money and run!

I am a former Federal Auditor and Fraud Examiner and personally know Jody Humphrey. I am currently involved with Hegemon Group International and have found the organization and Jody himself to be of very high integrity.
This complaint appears to be a personal vendetta posted by a jaded female 2 years ago and needs to be verified.
HGI / Hegemon Group / Hubert Humphrey/ are not involved in the complaint but are named in the title. This is defamation.
Please post PROOF that the complainant actually loaned Jody Humphrey this money by showing a canceled check and/or promissory note. Otherwise I have to assume the complainant has made this up to personally harm Mr. Humphrey.
What legal action was taken when the loan was not paid off? Please show proof.
I ask the website owner that the names of Jody Patrick Humphrey, Hubert Humphrey, JPH Marketing Systems and Hegemon Group International be taken off of the title of the report as they had nothing to do with the complaint at hand, as the only person accused in the complaint is Jody Humphrey himself.
