Jody Justice Dead beat dad owes about $9k in Child Support! He refuses to pay! Plano Texas
This case is 5 years old. Jody Justice owes around $9k in current child support and arrears. He rarely sees the girls he helped create and we are constantly having to go back to court. His family is even helping him! He does not want to pay and refuses to do so. He also refuses to work, always making an excuse. Beware ladies.. he'll sweet talk you and have you bankrupt in months! (At least he has the past 10 girlfriends in 5 years!)
I can't get the AOG to assist. They keep slapping his hand and letting him walk away. I just recently retained an Attorney because Jody filed in another county to try to get 50/50 custody of the girls he went for a year without seeing. He lives in Plano area of Texas and claims "no job". He disappears for approx. a year every couple of months.
