Joe Nerd fails to pay techs.. To all techs not paid.. Please contact the parent companies you did not get paid from. Rite Aid, Chipotle grill etc.. Contact there Corporate offices and inform them you are filing liens on there buildings and you want paymant.. At first they will say no we paid already.. Then inform them you performed the services and they are now on notice.. You want to get paid. They will then state they have to look in to the matter. They will call there legal council and find out they really are on the hook to pay you, even if they paid Joe Nerd. Refuse to settle for less than owed that will be the nexy ploy in the game.. In the end it is cheaper to pay you than defend a lawsuit or try to fight a lien on the property. Do not dispair and stick to your guns. I am speaking from first hand knowledge and I got paid for all services performed. Not by Joe Nerd but the company I did the work for. Thanks to all that stepped up and put these web sites up for us to share knowledge.
