In response to your rebuttle
Yes, I purchased 50 watches, They were sopose to be New & working & 5 year Warranty. How can you sell something New with 5 year warranty when some of the boxes are damaged or they don't work and there is NO maufacture warranty with them???
To Correct you: The second order I placed from you I had a freight Claim. 5 watches were damaged and you took care of that... So the 3rd order I place when I recieved them I called you right away and informed your people that there was damage again (1) and some were missing the manufactures warranty (10) some were not working (4)and there was 36 with no pads or pieces that hold the watch in the boxes. Why would anyone send these watches back if there was nothing wrong with them to face a $291 charge??? Are you Nuts... I Value what little money I have... To just send them back That makes no sence at all!!!
No one would purchase almost a $1000 worth of watches if you STATED:

Some boxes are Damaged... some are not damaged:
If you return These there is a Huge restocking fee
30% which is $291
Also we charge $7.50 extra in shipping even though it is a FREE shipping : and if you send them back You have to eat the $24.00 it cost you to send them back for shipping.
This would be the correct way to advertise these.
Also as soon as you Told me of your "restocking" fee I told you to send them back and YOU refused said they were already sold...
I have all the emails and not once did you say anything about the restocking fee until you had the watches back... But you were truthful on 1 thing I did spend $2000.... But I well never purchase a thing from you again!!!!!

Ordered 50 paulo gucci watches with free shipping and this was her second order and we shipped them safely and securely and then Tammy then wrote to us and claimed they were not to her standards. We explained we would inspect them and if we found any defects we would refund 100% or if she returned then and we found no defects we would refund less 30% which was our normal restocking fee at the time. We got the watches back and found them to be in good condition and refunded less 30% She then pretended to act like she was unaware of any restocking fee and hollered fraud. At the time we did not make people request RMA and sign a letter that they understood our return policy. Well since Tammy found a way to shortcut the system by calling the AG and claiming she didnt know bout the restocking fee we felt it was simple to refund to her monies and change our policies to mke it clear that all returns require a signed agreemnt that the customer is aware of our return policies. Customers are required to request an RMA in writing and sign in agreement to our terms of service as described at

There was no ripoff or fraud just because a customer claims they didnt know about our return policy doesnt make us a fraud. Customer awareness goes along ways as well.
