Here is what was stated "THERE ARE NO GIMMICKS..........WE ASK IS THAT YOU PAY A ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $29.95 TO COVER THE COST OF THIS GRAND OFFER. WE DO ASK THAT YOU TELL OTHERS ABOUT THIS AMAZING OFFER AND WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL. IF NOT ENJOY THE GIFTS ON US! WHERE ELSE CAN YOU RECEIVE $2000 plus IN FREE MERCHANDISE AND GET A COMPLETE CATALOG OF OUR PRODUCT LINE?"
I was under the impression that like stated, $29.95 is all I pay for the offer and like he said WHERE ELSE CAN YOU RECEIVE $2000 plus IN FREE MERCHANDISE AND GET A COMPLETE CATALOG OF OUR PRODUCT LINE?
He failed to mention that you are charged for everything, to redeem the coupons, you pay a fee, Film a fee, and the merchandise is assessed a shipping and handling charge per item. In addition, I received NO CATALOG, just a web link to view it.
This is no grand offer at all, I am not satisfied and as he said in the ad on his webpage, IF NOT ENJOY THE GIFTS ON US!
However he will not refund, stated that "promotional packages are non-refundable". I never saw this anywhere when I ordered, if this would have been stated I would not have purchased this from him.
Avoid dealing with this guy, I should have visited the rip off report before I purchased from him. He just scams people with these offers.

Make it simple for you. Call us return the entire package in full to us we will cherrfully refund no problem. Over 30,000 customers in three years and we try to please them all but some people are never happy no matter what you do so lets have you call our office and make a return. Call 503-844-0504 and ask for Joe and mention the operator to page me to work a return out with you. Thanks
