joe refusal to let me use a majicjack device to replace a defective one, their tech specialists wanted to charge me to ship another device instead of the one i already have. perrinton, Michigan
After two long nights and about 5 hours of chats to take care of my majicjack device that suddenly quit on me, the tech specialists had failed to fix the problem, i had another device to replace the registered original, after taking over my computer to test the defective and dead device, they refused to transfer and allow me use the device for my existing account and phone number, they wanted to send me a different device with the phone number downloaded into it and charge me for shipping and regulatory fees, i refused to be without service for at least a week till i receive their device, i asked them many times to use the device i already have, but they ignored me every time, that would have been the best solution for me not to go without service, and it would have been best for them not to go through the trouble and hassle to ship one for me, they had no commonsense to put me through that, it bothers me so much that a company intentionally goes through evil work to hurt and deny someone's rights, all the lies and deceptions were discovered in just simple matter instead of saying (WE WILL DO THIS FOR YOU WITH PLEASURE) THEY SAY (GO TO HELL AND THAT'S OUR PLEASURE).
