The John Beck free and clear real estate system. Sounds great, pay delinquet taxes on properties to apply a lean on them, either they pay the lean or you recieve the deed. ok great, i can believe that county governments would have some wacko loophole like that... i have spare time... i have spare money... maybe this is something i should look into....
50 bucks... ordered the basic system... ok... im out 50 bucks... no biggie....
2 weeks later, wow... kinda cheap lookin, but you shouldnt judge a book by its cover...

i was skeptical at first.. the guy sounded like a used car salesman...
here are some key phrases that they worked into the conversation to set u at ease....
No matter what city you live in... the guy your talking to lived there, or near there... Mine lived in the tallest appartment building, (how cliche)
ok... the fcc regulates us regularly and to make sure the people we put up for testimonials arent real estate agents or anything like that.... tell me.... what do you know about real estate.... cause lemme tell ya... its much easier to coach someone that knows nothing than to butt heads with someoen who thinks they know it all... (um... i know what everyone knows, property values go up, more people, less space, ect) (great, you know absolutely nothing about real estate, your the perfect sucker)
now i gotta ask ya nick, do you have any money set aside? idont wanna ask u to risk more than your comfortable with. and... do you have the money? if i go into my bosses office and say i have a guy who Might have the money, or can Get the money, hes gonna tell me to take a walk... (yeah i have money) ok, lemme talk to the boss and get back to you.
(oldest used car guy trick... hey now... i cant just give u this deal, its such a good deal i gotta see if the manager is ok with this first)

having hung up the phone, i had just realized that i had spent 2,000 over the phone without seeing any kind of contract, the word guarantee was used several times, but no official docmentation was made....
hello bank? has a 2,000 withdrawl been made on my credit card? No? cancell the card. send me a new one.
