I purchased 2 opt-in targeted email campaigns with a total of 24 million emails to be sent to prospects in US., Canada & UK with an interest in Multi Level Marketing. I paid a total of $848.00.
I was promised the following: We are your one stop shop! "We now average 2X the response rate with our new daily updated targeted lists". Now with a 5% open rate guarantee with 2000 click-thru minimum per one million emails sent. Now choose the Country and state at no additional cost!
This is what I received: A little over one(1) dozen opt-ins from India, China, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Trinidad & Tobacco and Jamaica. I did not receive any from the US., Canada and UK.
When I complaint I received the following email:

The first time send can be hit of miss.
This is why most clients hit the same addresses up to 6 times.
