John Thornton DJ's Car Wash Car wash caused $540 worth of damage to the paint on my car Maumee Ohio

DJ's automatic car wash damaged the entire drivers side of my car. Owner refuses to take care of the problem.
On 12-20-17, I entered the automatic car wash bay. While in the bay, I did hear a strange screeching like sound which I have never heard before. Once I was out of the wash, I stopped my car right outside of the bay, got out, and immediately saw the entire side of my car was scratched and gouged. I had walked around the outside of my car five minutes before entering the wash and there was no damage. My car was not dirty enough to hide such damage either. I am confident that there was no damage to my brand new car when I entered the wash bay. I contacted the owner, he looked at his videos inside of the wash and said that the sun was blocking my vehicle so he couldn't see what was happening while I was in the wash so he can't confirm or deny the damage happened. However, he stated that he would not reimburse me for the damage which is approximately $540.
