When I place my original order with Wiley, company issued Corporate, GE Card was denied, as my purchased of $232.69 was enough to send my monthly spending limit of $500 per month over the limit. I contacted my employer and they increased my retail limit for the month. The next day I returned to Wiley website to make my purchase. However, my original order was processed after my employer increased my retail purchase limit. Thus, unknown to me I had purchased the same items twice.

Within a week I received two orders. I realized what had happened so I contacted John Wiley & Sons and asked how I might get this issue corrected. I was told to return the item using UPS and the John Wiley Company would issue me a credit.

After a week, I had not received credit on my corporate card so I filed a chargeback with GE Card Services and sent them copies of my UPS return as they had requested.

30 days later GE Card Services informed me that my chargeback was denied as John Wiley and Sons had supplied a copy of my Internet purchase. I have returned the $232.69 value of books yet John Wiley and Sons has not issued me credit nor will they allow my claim to be processed.

I've tried to call the customer service center of John Wiley and Sons and took the options to speak to someone regarding my return but their phone system just hangs-up.

When I called either of you / both, my limit was increased.

I went back on line to re-order the books and the order was sussessful.

A week went past and I received two packages of the same items. Appearently, when my credit line limit for retail purchases was increase the first order when through as well as the second order .

I contacted Wiley Publishers and told them of my issue. They told me to return the items and they would issue credit to my card. I didn't received my credit for the return, so I collect copies of the UPS return shipment as proof as GE told me to send them. GE then credited my account.
