I dont want to bash this repairman just expose his scam...On 05/28/2018 I paid Jason $565.00 by credit card to repair a piece of electronic equipment.8 months later he hadnt completed a 2 week job.
.On 02/05/2019 I asked that he return equipment,he refused saying his word speaks for him....offered him that he could return item even if it was not repaired..still refuses..He post on YOUTUBE his progress ans repairs...see website ..jokerman electronics/james stewart

Finally because the truth is out there of JOKERMAN electronics business practices being very poor. Numerious customers have come forward with complaints of sending money and not getting getting any product. Because I complained with document proving how he has treated me,he has posted gay harassment items against me and called me ni**er in racial threats post on FACEBOOK,which is not legal........It has been 16 months and he has not repaired amp or has sold something that was never his to begin with,,,,,ALL WHICH IS ON YOUTUBE,,,,on 09/15/2018 all he had to do was return amp ,,,,,,not repaired but he refused and did keep amp another 8 months then say he wanted more money fot an amplifier that did not work.................WOULD YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING,THATS WAS HIS SCAM,RIP/OFF............................NOW HE AS OWNER AND DAUGHTER WANT TO POST HATE FILLED RAGE TOWARD ME AND ITS ON THE INTERNET FOR ALL TO SEE...........So its over,finished,dealing with a racist business is not worth my time..OR MY MONEY...EVERYONE MAKE THEIR CHOICE..I dont have to deal with a hate filled person as this

When more money was asked for more repairs in advance,then work wasnt completed and items were not on hand but had to be bought,Its it my right to say stop,I dont want anything else to be done,send amplifier home,ISNT THAT MY RIGHT OR DO YOU DECIDE TO DO WORK ANYWAY.But you decided to say give me more money and without a business licence,and give a fake 10 day notice,of $250 and then within 3 days increase the amount to double to $500 or you would sell amplifier''03/28/2019--04/01/2019''=3 days. Is that legal?
On 5 different occasions I was promised a tracking number that never came about,On 4 diffrent occasions I was given a completion date that never occured .On 03/14/2019 I filed a complaint with the BBB of SOUTH CAROLINA and you responed with sayng you would giving me a tracking number and completion date that you never did keep,So on 03/29/2019 I filed a complaint with the SOUTH CAROLINA DEPT. of CONSUMER AFFAIRS. they inturn informed me that you had refused mailed letters from them, so I had to give them further contact information. WHY NOT RESPOND TO A STATE DEPT request? You will not keep promise anyway.
The amplifier has become of less importance than before,Your responce as a businessman,Your reputaion as a businessman, Your repution as a GREAT business to your customers is whats important now, when you are unable to keep minor promises, how are you able to keep the major ones. The MAJOR QUESTION IS WHY NOT RETURN EQUIPMENT WHEN ASKED????? EVEN 6 MONTHS AGO?? WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO MAKE DESISIONS ON MY EQUIPMENT WHEN I SAY....NO

As I have said before, we didnt need to be here in the 1st place....Answer one question for me,and one question only,,,,,if 6 months ago..if any customer asked for return of equipment that has not been repaired yet,why would you refuse to honor that request????
If you value customer service?
Why hold equipment for 6 months???????When the valued customers ask for return??

Great customer service? Customers ask for something to be done but refuses,,,Is that great customer service? I DONT THINK SO. Its not about how many times amplifier has been repaired biut about holding item for 6 months then say I NEED $250 MORE ,if he had did as asked 6 months ago we would not be here now.
Its like taking your car to the shop, so he put it aside for 6 months ,you say give it back,he says noo,its not fixed,2 months later his needs more money,car still not fixed,,,,,,,,,,wonder why he didnt do as customer asked,,,,DO YOU WANT THAT KIND OF SERVICE?HOPE NOT

Whats so hard to understasnd? 6 months ago I asked to please return my amp, I said please, please. thats almost begging you, I said it politely, even if its not repaired, now 6 months later you want money .Why didnt you returned it as ask to do so? Even later this is the email you jason......on 02/15/2019 I said please,please return amplifier,at that time there was no mention of any money,I didnt care it was not repaired,just return it,,,,is that hard to understand?Its like you didnt hear my request
I went to the BBB of SOUTH CAROLINA and filed a complaint #13374178 and jason agreed to have amp done in a few weeks and he would send tracking number,never did happen,in this yerar its always been delivery in 2 weeks,a number of times I told him if he was too busy,return amp and all would be fine,if its not repaired, just return it thats all,why hold someones equipment when the customer ask you to return it,whats the problem when you refused to do as he asked,,,Its not fixed,youre too busy and dont have time,and the customer says send it back and all would have been fine.
That was 6 months ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,why hold it? why not send it back then and all this other stuff would not had happened? No other words would have been said. As the customer, I would have been pleased, You as the owner of the business you would have done as your motto says...............No one else would have known anything

jason lewis did not rip off james stewert he needed more work on the amp mr stewart blew the amp up 3 times in 3 years so it needed alot more work the the time before so when jason asked for more money mr stewart got mad and rufused to pay and then he went on line and told lies about jason and his work.
jason kindly asked him to stop and to be patcent but the slander contenued so he did pay 565 but he he need more money for parts labor so james stewart still owes jason 50 a hour plus parts and labor so the total owed to mr lewis is still 500
