Jolique Skin Cream Jolique Eye Serum They will not let you return unused or unwanted product nor issue a full refund. Florida and Nevada
Jolique skin care products were promoted through Facebook and I signed up for a "free" trial and paid only shipping costs. I did not reralize that after 14 days they would be auto shipping the products and charging over $90 each for two products, the skin cream and eye essential lotion. as soon as I saw the charge, I contacted them to cancel my account and said I would need to return the new shipment. They will not let me return it even though it arrived after my cancellation and it's still in the original packaging. After much frustration and threats to report them, they offered a 35% refund. I declined and said I wanted a full refund.
After much back and forth, they finally offered a 50% refund. I told them I would try to settle it with my Discover Card used for payment and was told that they would prevent that from happening since they have my IP address, etc. whatever that means. They are seriously underhanded and dishonorable. I finally accepted the 50% but am not at all happy and think they should be held accountable and revealed as a scam.

The previous complaint said you used a credit card and tod them you were going to file a dispute with your credit card company and they talked you out of it and gave you a 50% refund. You need to go back to your credit card company and explain what happened because your cc company will give you a 100% refund. That's the way they work with these scam companies and if you read the small print with your cc card company they protect you against items you buy that are scams. I purchased JoliQue face cream also (also called Illuminating Cream and Core Cream) and am still in the process of sending a rebuttal to my CC company because the company is actually argueing with them! Better Business gives them an F rating and they have 6 complaints that they can't even get a response from the company about! What does that tell you when a company doesn't cooperate with Better Business? That's the exact reason I stopped to make this comment because I will now make a comment on every site I can about this company to stop other people from going thru what I and many others have put up with! Terrible that they prey on people and have to scam them to make money. Spread the word, as I am. Put your comment everyplace you can and make sure to go to the BBB site.
