I rented a house from Jon Parris Dec 27-Jan 3, 2015 in Fort Myers Beach. There was a $300 security deposit refund due at departure. Well, Jon still has not sent it to me. I have called him 3 times leaving voicemails and text him 2 times with him responding that the "check is in the mail." That was over 2 weeks ago. I left another voicemail followed with another text. Still no check or response.

This situation was resolved Feb 18th, 2015 when I finally received the $300 refund check from MNM Companies.

Subsequent to the filing of my Report, I discovered that both the managment company and owner involved with this property had changed after the time I made my reservation for the subject rental. This may have created confusion regarding payment of my refund.
Ultimately, MNM Companies insured that my security deposit was refunded within 30 days of the original due date. Accordingly, I fully retract my prior report and sincerely apologize for the inaccuracies contained therein.
