I hired Jon Pasquale to haul a 10' by 16' shed from Bretz WV to Asheville NC. He said he would do the job for $1400, asked me to wire him $700 and give him the restupon delivery. I sent the money and he spent the next few days making excuses like, the equipment he need to load it wasn't ready... he got another equipment rental and they also mssed something up... then he was in the hospital and finally his car broke down.
Now he won't return my textx or calls.
At one point, he had the audacity to try to get me to send him another $150, saying he needed it for gas. I said I'd give it to him when he dlivered my shed.
I've demanded my money back but he does not return my calls, emails or texts.
He has business license and a contractor's license.
I was just evicted from my apartment and lost my job. I was going to turn the shed into a tiny house and live in it. In addition to paying Mr. Pasquale $700, I also paid an excavator $900 to level an area and bring gravel for the shed. I paid 2 men $100 to help unload it on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I told him all of this and he promised he would not let me down.
Now I need to find someplace else to live or rent an RV at an additional cost all because Jon Pasquale ripped me off.

Yes I am the above mentioned in this complaint and I havent responded nor returned any text of this ladies in the past 4 days because my phone is shattered in about 50 pieces. I was involved in a very serious car accident to where I had to have immediate surgery on my arm which now has a steal rod in from shoulder to elbow. I bite threw my lip cracked my sternum broke my foot in 3 places I was just released from hospital not even 3 hrs ago and received a link to this monstrosity .i will be MORE THAN HAPPY to send this ladies money back to her and to make this someone else's problem and not mine as soon as I can do to the fact I don't know how long I will be out of work etc not to mention the amount of time its probably going to take before I see anything from insurance company . So granny from waynesville before your slander someone's good name and run it in the dirt know all your facts not just what your delirium has concocted up !!!!!!
