Jon Shugart promoted Jordon Schultz's mobile affiliate marketing course for $500. A 30 day money back guarantee was offered. What they taught is based on deception (eg how to trick people into thinking they have a virus on their computer so they will download an app)
When requesting a refund because their service was horrible and unethical, they responded that there was a 15% penalty which was not disclosed in their guarantee (of which I took a screen shot). I told them to refund the entire amount because they never disclosed the penalty.
Even though I've sent multiple emails to both Jordon Schultz and Jon Shugart, I never heard back from either and never received a refund of any amount. My credit card was billed by keyword rock star which is owned by Jon Shugart. I will be in touch with the Attorney General's Office shortly.

After disputing the charge with my credit card company, a fefund was received from Rockstar Power Suite.
