Sold me a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and gave me a 90 complete drivetrain warranty. Charged me 100. oo less that the Kelley Blue Blook excelent condition retail value. (5400.00). I was back to them before the warranty expired with a complaint of thumping noises relating to rear end, dash lights coming on and issue with transmission and/or transfer case. Each time I made complaint, the owner said nothing was wrong wioth the car, deliberaqtely stalling me from exercising any warranty. The car was brought to 12 different mechanic shops whom all verified that the rear end was no good and a couple verified an issue with the transmission slipping. By the time I got 750 miles onto the car, it died and Jorge's towed it into their repair shop telling me the tow will be free. The next day they caslled me and told me I needed a fuel pump and charged me 330. for a fuel pump and installaqtion and when I went to pick up the vehiocle I discovered they charged me for a tow which they initially said was free. On that date, I made the owner go for a ride with me and I replicated the thump from the rear end and now the owner cannot deny my complaint. He did admit "backlash" and told me it will never break despite me complaining that it started out slight and barely noticeable and now has been prgoressively getting worse. Bear in mind this is same person that promised I would not get stuck with the vehicle and I did get stuck!
