Joseph Carswell is nothing but a fraud, He used false indentities and fake companies to fraudulently steal 3 million from 40 investors in an SBLC Scam. He is notorious for stating he is postings funds to your account and then disappears when the funds never appear. Months later he re appears under again a false identity and this time it was superior financial to do the same scam.
DO NOT TRUST OR SEND MONEY TO THIS PERSON as you will never see anything in return except for lies and deceit. He claims to be a American Banker certified and is not. He claims to be a securities registered company and he is not. He is claiming to be a religious man with ties to religious organizations around the globe and as far as we know he is not.
This person is reported to the FBI in Atlanta GA and the Securities and Exchange Commission for his fraudulent ways and is now on the radar of those specific authorities.
