D&J AUTO PARTS RICHMOND INDANA RIP OFF ARTIST AND LIERS Grand Haven MI
I am from MI,I found D&j through a serch with junk yard dog,I was told they had a tranmission for my 1992 cad at their yard and it was out of a 93 $300.00 with free shiping and was to be delivered on Friday.
I was told that because it was to be delivered to a privet home it whould have to come on a smaller truck and cost $75.00 more.
I found out from the trucking co that the tran was picked up at another junkyard,this was the first lie, I called that junk yard to find out about the tran I was geting the told me the tran had more like 93.000 miles and was out of a 92 not a 93 this was the second lie. the third lie was the shippind cost,IT did not come on a smaller truck with a lift it came on a semi.
I have talked to the truckin co they told me the truth and the other junk yard told me the truth. when I confrounted D&j with all this the owner laughed and thol me that he was going to send a truck to pick up the tran, well not till i get my money back. in my opinion and all the other people that posted complaints hear they are dishonest,for what it is worth they sound middle Eastern,go figer.
I will not contact the chamber of commers in their town,junkyard advertisers who have them on their web site and my city biz card as fraud.
I am sure they will have a story about this but don,t buy into it, more people need to report them. I found this web site to late, and the tran ther delivered was dirty and banged up who knowes what the hell I got.
