I ordered a hoodie on ebay from this seller/con-artist on Dec 12 2006 and he sent me the incorrect size. So I contacted him through ebay, after several messages, days later he responded with "Please return the item to the address on the shipping label for a refund and exchange." So I went to the post office sent it back USPS priority mail with a tracking number on Dec 19, he even said he would reimburse me the $6.55 that it cost to ship it back to him.
The package got to him about 4 days later on the 23rd and I got no response or any messages from him stating he recieved it or that he was sending out the correct one or a new tracking number or anything. So I left him a message on ebay and emailed him. Still no response. Then I got his phone number through ebay and called him. No answer. I left him several messages between then and now as well as filed a dispute with pay pal.
I called him today from a blocked number and surprise! he answered but as soon as he found out who I was he hung up on me! He has no intentions of sending me my correct item or refunding my money back, even though on his site his "return policy" states that if the item is returned within 7 days he will give a full refund.
This guy is a con artist, he set this up on purpose and I have heard from several other people that bought from him saying he did the same exact thing.
Beware of this guy he is a fake and a fraud!!!
