Journey Pass first showed up on my checking account for $4.95. I called to cancel but I couldn't understand the customer service reps; their English was so bad. The subscription was not cancelled and I received another deduction for $24.95. So I called again. The number on my account withdraw information was wrong but those I contacted gave me the right number. I called and could not automatically discontine the subscription because my information wasn't found. I dialed 0 and got a customer service rep. She refused to give me a refund. I asked for someone who was above her and she said there was no one. I have reported to my bank that this deduction was not authorized. I need to stop in the bank to file papers. .No guarentee.
