This is Joey's aunt from Ohidaho.
Joey is a legitimate businessman and a good father. The devil is in the details and you signed them.
Take your problem up with your legal representation, I will bet its all in the black and white triplicate.

Why do you constantly reply to people's reports saying "not true" and "you contacted us". You contacted me!!! I had never heard of you but soon after I set up my website, you contacted me. Now a year later, I have negative credit reports and people threatening to sue me. You have your machine -- I can prove that it was delivered and signed for. But I have an unescapable lease for equipment I don't need, have, nor use. How would you like it if someone ripped your mother off in this way? Not so nice, right? I say, let's start a class action. I'm not afraid of you. You can't put me in prison and I have nothing left to lose. Contact me directly if anyone wants to start a class action. We can find a lawyer and go for it.

You know that the only reason you are telling your clients that thet need to lease equipment is so that you can collect the thousands of dollars they pay you. Thats is what is called a RIP-OFF. You are finally shut off from Northern-MBF, and soon CIT et al will know of your scam as well. Why conduct business this way- Its short money and you will be shut down, being just barley legal isn't RIGHT

Dear Denzie: Why do you use the term Ripoff? You contacted us for a Merchant account through a contact form from one of our many referral sources EIS. This we have a legal record of. We simply provided you with the Merchant Services our firm offers and you rejected ALL of our assisting services my firm offers. Understand Denzie we REALLY have vested interest with your companies success. Now there is NO LAW against accepting MOTO / Internet / Home Based Businesses. You make it sound like we picked you out of a hat! The FACTS are you solicited US. Not the other way around. Now as far as I can tell you received a Valid Merchant Account (Line Of Credit to receive funds the Visa / MC Network), a New Nurit 2080, 15 Business Consulting Sessions we offer as a courtesy to ALL New Clients. Not to mention an abundance of Supplier Resources available if you needed. None of which you used. Now you are using the Curious Term Ripoff. Please note ALL Fees are disclosed prior to signing contracts, During the Signing of the Contracts (Its In Writing on both the lease and merchant application), as well as disclosed at the time of the installation of your System where the Leasing Company Verbal's the lease (By telling you about ALL THE FEES) and its Terms & Conditions and they ask if this is acceptable. You Said Yes. So, I have a hard time believing you were wronged in anyway. We do however want to extend our hand to assist your business. Mr. McGowan has been a terrific Consultant for our firm and we have not had complaints that would suggest she has been lying to our clients. I'm sorry your experience with your business was a bust. But to blame others for Your lack of hard work or due diligence is not only unfair, but is narrow minded to pass the buck on blame of not reading, not listening or not following instructions. Again we broke no laws. You simply did NOT work your business. And you NEVER Attempted to call me! EVER! Shame on you for Lying! As far as any other false claims I am formally advising you to cease & desist any further false claims of "RIPOFF" that you have been stating. NMS has never misrepresented our services nor do we wish to turn our backs on our clients that GENUINELY WORK! We would still be more then eager to assist your efforts of success with your business venture. Respectfully,
Jp
