The Home page on the web site denotes Email, Music, Online Visitation, and beneath that, it says "Send JPay Credits. Let your inmate buy stamps, music and other JPay items'.  It says nothing about being limited to MEDIA.  No where in the process of sending money that way does it say anything about media.  But this money is only to be used for music, or tablets - if the facility allows them.  This facility does not allow tablets.  So, $200 is sitting in an account that will not be used, and JPAY refuses to re-allocate the money into the inmates account.  They flat out refuse to move the money.  They say that I did this KNOWINGLY, therefore, too bad.  I did not do this knowingly, and this has happened many times in the last 6 months to other people trying to send money to their incarcerated loved ones.  This company handles thousands of inmate accounts, and this is how they treat people.
