Yah shedding, the top layer is breaking up and the whole driveway is uneven. There are low spots and high spots all over. The water sits in the low spots and puddles. We called and left messages and no response.

I am the office manager for JR Paving Co. This business is a family owned and operated business that's been an upstanding member of the business community since 1949. Every year we are voted best paving company by the readers of the Delaware County Daily News. It is clearly stated on our contract that we do not guarantee shedding. Shedding is a natural process with asphalt that involves a gradual wearing away of the top layers that occurs over the first couple years following installation. This is why seal coating as a maintenance is recommended. If we had done ANYTHING wrong the Township would certainly have gotten involved. We have never had a complaint that we haven't gone out of our way to rectify. We have never changed our name, phone number or place of business in all the years we've been operating and continue to be available to any customer who isn't %100 satisfied. We fully stand by our workmanship and our policy to make every customer happy to the best of our ability. Sincerely, Kerri Santarlasci Office Manager J.R. Paving Company 1-610-649-6378
