RIPPED OFF BY JT-CARD SERVICES....simlpy BS
i got call from JT card services in Sep'01 telling me that i've been approve for $2500cr limit for an unsecured card. I agreed to pay $175 for the processing fees from my checking account. Card was expected to arrive in 4 weeks. i REceived a leeter dated Oct 16, 2001 asking me to call toll free number to activate my card and also to charge it.
I got confused i called the number and told them i havent rcvd the card. They said it will take 3 more weeks to get the card and inorder to use it i will have to load the card. I rqstd to talk to ther manager or supervisor. I aske the supervisor that u told me its an unsecured card ten y r u asknig me to load he told yes u need..to but its an unsecured card.
Well after hard discussion i told them i need to cancel this card..i was told thatit will take atleast6 to 8 weeks to get refund i agreed to it. I didnt had ne financial oblm at that time. BUt till toay (Feb 8, 2002) i havent rcvd the refund yet. when i try to cll there toll free number which is (1-877-876-7890) recording says"old company is gone and new company has taken over. to actiacte ur card enter ur first4 digits of the card. There is no way u can talk to any repersentative. ifu even try to enter a number call will get disconnected. I really need money these days i need tp pay my school fees. I am an niternational student here. I need to b enrolled in 4 courses every semester. I am enrolled in 3 right now case i dont have enough money to pay for the forth one. This is simply ripping people off......If there is any one who can help me get hold of these people kindly mail me at "[email protected]" or call me at 1-918-665-9990. I would really apprecitae ur help. PLzz help me get my money back otherwise i will have to face deportation and my dream to cpmplete my masters degree will remain a dream.
