By all accounting, even by these perpetrators of such an injustice, this report had everything to do with her losing her seat. Normally, a female, Native-American judge is a shoe-in, unless there is blatant and/or rampant abuses of position. Farewell Gloria, and good riddance! (It will take a long time to undo the damage YOU have done.) It's too bad that the Commission on Judicial Conduct couldn't get their heads out of their collective arse long enough to take action. It took the will of the people. Let that be a lesson to the rest of the power-hungry in the country.

As of this writing, Judge Kindig has still not filed her order in this matter. Arizona State Law required she file her decision over a year ago. Evidently, according to this report, formal complaints have been filed with the appropriate individuals and still no response on their investigation. Unfortunately, with the election, it is unlikely there will be any serious consideration of this matter unless the media takes up this cross.

Likewise, the following individuals from the Commission on Judicial Conduct were informed:

Judge Philip G. Espinosa, Chairman
Judge Barbara R. Mundell, Vice-Chairman
Judge Douglas S. Stanley
Those from the Commission on Judicial Conduct were informed that the members of the Arizona Senate Judicial Committee have been informed and members of the Arizona Senate Judicial Committee have been informed that the Commission on Judicial Conduct has been informed. Let's hope the system works and they don't shuffle this under the carpet for one of their cronies.
