Judge Philip Trompeter Judge Trompeter is DSS' puppet. He is incapable of individual thought (judgement). DSS makes him look like the fool he truly is. salem Virginia
Judge Trompeter takes private counsel with DSS before hearing ANY case and has a judgement to deliver before hearing any testimony.
Judge Trompeter told me in open court (right after asking me to raise my right hand and swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth) "Mrs. XXXX, you need to undertsand that the trut does not matter in my courtroom. Only perception matters".
he also said " technically, since you could not make your 14 year old (special needs) get on the bus for school, you ccan be charged with truency and put in jail. Not being able to control your children is considered neglect, and neglect can be considered abuse. So, you see, I can find you guilty of neglect and abuse right now for allowing your child to control the situation. Do you understand that?".
Thats only the beginning. When i proved that DSS has lied under oath, he dismissed it and wouldn't allow me to continue with my evidence.
It is "Judge DSS" in THAT courtroom!!

Point in fact it IS that judges courtroom. He is RIGHT in what he can charge YOU with. While Im sure YOU feel as if YOU have been violated, there is a point to all of this that YOU are dismissing in favor of playing a better victim online. The point is that some form of child protection agency has been pointed at YOU and YOU have been found lacking!! PERIOD!! While Im sure YOU are doing the best YOU can, reality is that the JUDGE IS RIGHT! YOU are NOT fully informed as to ALL policies and proceedures. YOU are IGNORANT of EXACTLY what that judge has to do and go through on a DAILY basis. YOU are COMPLETLY dismissing ANY fault of your own in order to paint that judge in a negative light. THANKFULLY YOUR IGNORANCE can cost YOU!! Judges are one of those groups that YOU DO NOT MAKE S* UP ON!!! YOUR OPINIONS can and will cost YOU if that Judge takes offence to what YOU have written. Did you perhaps THINK that the judge is NOT going to remember someone that CLAIMS that the child protection agency is LYING?? Both the child protection agency AND the judges jobs are to PROTECT THE CHILDREN! Perhaps YOU should lokk at it in that light. Because all YOU have done is show YOU are the problem and NOT the legal system. Don't you get it?? SOMEONE TURNED YOU IN FOR BEING A BAD PARENT! EVERYONE must take that accusation seriously. So EVERY action you do is going to be examined and the FLAWS that YOU have are going to be pointed out to you. IF you wish to be free of governmental intrusion in raising your child YOU MUST PLAY THIER GAME!! That game is MUCH bigger then YOU! It will steamroll right over you and YOU will lose your kids because of it. The more YOU fight the system, the more the system is going to see YOU as guilty!! Just go to the parenting classes. Do what THEY expect YOU to do as a good parent. Its NOT about innocent or guilty, it IS about protecting THAT child.
