Juicy Leads processes some leads from associated agents, who get paid by Juicy Leads for suppling those leads. Juicy Leads' associates generate their leads by spamming individuals with illegal emails and providing a link to an illegal web site. Juicy Leads has been notified of this illegal activity including the fact that the senders of these emails use false names and fake email addresses. Juicy Leads believes that since they are not the ones actually sending out the illegal solicitations they have no liability. I believe that they do have liability and are in violation of both Federal and State laws.

Months ago I asked Juicy Leads to take action to ensure their agents do not send me these illegal emails. Juicy Leads has ignored my request and has also continued to provide incentive compensation to those individuals and or companies who engage in such illegal activities. If you have received an email similar to the one below please take action to stop this.

Unfortunately, this comment is qualified as a "rebuttal" to your comment, when in fact I have important experience to share that, more or less, qualifies your experience as accurate... I am a commercial customer of "Juicy Leads"" who made the mistake of contracting with them to buy marketing leads for the purpose of expanding my mortgage business. Representatives at Juicy Leads indicated that the website "loansolutions.net" was the website advertised on other larger websites such as Yahoo, Google, and host of other major sites. Now, I have never seen the website "loansolutions.net" advertised anywhere, much less on a large site like the ones I mention above. Adding insult to injury, a more thorough check of loansolutions.net, and its respective pages, seems to indicate that it is an un-maintained website with no ownership, web maintenance, or updates. The rate page (where "todays rates" are quoted) has market mortgage rates listed on it that are over two years old. Additionally, most of the "qualified leads" (per a representative at Juicy Leads) that we called at my company, panned out to be people that had indicated they had been spammed, and were tired of receiving calls from mortgage brokers such as myself. In many cases these poor people had been called by as many of 20 or more lending professionals trying to sell them mortgages... a strong indicator that Juicy Leads was reselling spammed information multiple times. The company that performs their "audit function" for customer information accuracy, was recently indicted for stealing customer information, and the unprofessional nature with how our company was handled can't be described in brief terms... This company is foul, and its no coincidence that its representatives and owners live in a "homestead protected" state where bringing suit against lawbreakers is a difficult and convoluted process. My guess is that you are one of many with a story like the one you've told.
