Julie Andrews Casa Del Rio Slumlord of 9 Units that KEEPS SECURITY against the LAW. LANDLORD that STEALS college kids security, and falsifies cleaning reciepts; Sent Locksmith to Drill my lock and did not provide notice to myself or roomate; rented room while previous tenent still ocupied. She broght police with her for "walk though" and refused to refund security and gave key out to two random strangers. Boca Raton Florida
Julie Andrews Boca Raton Landlord to 9 units in Casa Del Rio, apt complex next to FAU. DO NOT RENT FROM HER. She is extreamly dishonest and lied and falsified cleaning charges. Broke into my room, Broke into my roommate and my apt and changed deadbolt and reRented room while it was still occupied by previous tenent through 8/15/15. She is a police caller and is known to Bully innocent college students to fighting harshly in small claims court to retain their security deposit. She will ALWAYS find something wrong to charge you. I had cleaning crew and my mother witness a cleaning prior to her entry. She told me and the 3 Boca police officers that it was 'so gross that she must call her cleaning crew for $100 an hr to clean. She lied to myself and two prior roommates. Mary in the managers offices also knows that Julie Andrews is known to KEEP security deposit and believes she is self entiled. She limps around playing victim and God shall show her her fate for her EVIL doings. I forgive, but she must face JUDGEMENT by GOD and the LAW. DO not let this lady keep your money. Tenents UNITED!
