Beware of JULIETTE JAMES AND KENNETH RAY RINDERHAGEN!!! I recently won a lawsuit for unlawful eviction against her, case no. 17-IWSC 01189, 4/12/17 for $7,000 after she removed the door off my unit and had her thug remove my property. (((REDACTED))) She also burned another person, a single mom, for $20,000.00 by refusing to move out and allow tenant to move in. Furthermore, she relisted the rental online during the lease of the other victim. Stupid police call it a civil action, but in fact, Juliette ordered her thug, Kenneth Ray RINDERHAGEN "Kenny" to forcible remove her (just like he did to me) while brandishing a long screwdriver weapon and actually battered the other victim. This has gotten the attention of the FBI and senior Detectives at LAPD, Lets see how it pans out... whatever you do, do not give Juliette James one penny, she will scam you and act like she does not know you...,. And definitely do not come and get a happy ending hand job that she gives all day, you will catch scabies or some weird skin infection from her dirty coconut oil that she uses as hand sanitizer as well as for your "massage"! Eeeeewww! Disgusting!
