just answer . com lie about gauranteing refund if not pleased. instead they put it in "your" account on their site. Internet
justanswer.com says if you are not happy with their experts advice they will refund your money. I asked for info re a tumor on my dog. the info seemed to be looked up and sent to me. I asked for info re symptoms, expected temp etc. I waited 35 minutes for the rest of the answer and gave up. I went to Wiki and got all the info I wanted.
My refund came as a refund to "my" account on their site that I can use later. This happened to me before and I never got to use the money. Other times I was happy and i just paid.
They claim you do not pay if not happy, but they manage not to tell you that their idea of not paying is to allow you to talk to more experts. Waiting and wasting my time and then getting ripped off makes me angry.
