Just Brakes Not honoring warranty after poor quality, over-priced brake work ripoff auto repairs Phoenix Arizona
My 1995 Ford Taurus had front and rear brakes repaired on 7/31/03. Milage was 123,360. Front rotors were turned, rear rotors replaced, calipers and required hardware was replaced/repaired. Cost was $658,52. I was told I had a 50,000 mile warranty.
Six months later (milage is now 131,532, or 7000 miles sine the work was completed) my front brakes are making noise and I'm told the front linings are worn, rotors are defective. When retuning to Just Brakes, on Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, I'm informed my warranty is prorated and it will now cost an additional $237 to repair the left rotor and brake lining. With only 7000 mile after the repair, I now need pay $237 to repair the brakes agian. The franchise told me this without a thought to their shoody and poor quality workmanship done(or poor materials used)in the overpriced brake repair done in July/03.
I've been ripped-off and wil go out of my way to let friends and neighbors know about the poor quality and poor customer relatiosn at Just Brakes, Cave Crek Rd. Phoenix. I'm steaming mad! Avoid this place for brake repair if you require integrity, value or quality.
