Just Fashion Now Ordered a size 14 dress, fit her like a tent-she was sent a 4XXX. Would only give me 15% refund or 20% gift card. I filed a dispute with my bank and they ruled in my favor.
I ordered my wife a dress in U.S. size 14. They sent a size 4XXX and it fit like a tent. I sent them an email that I wanted to return for a smaller size and they could pay the shipping since they sent the wrong size. Instead, they told me the postage would be around $20 to send to China. They offered me 15% of the cost as a refund to my card or 20% gift card to be used later. I told them they made the mistake and it was their responsibility to foot the bill to make it right. They refused.
I sent in a dispute to my bank and after investigating they ruled in my favor. I've seen numerous complaints and I told some of the other victims to dispute it with your bank.
