Just Sew Insults costumers ruins items give no refund or offer to fix Ripoff Greenville South Carolina
Just Sew is the worst alterations business I have ever seen. When my mother took her wedding dress in they were very rude and hateful telling her they could try to fix it but in all reality it just did not do anything for her shape. They are there to make it work not to bash you.
Before the wedding dress drama I had a bag there I planned to take to college. I wanted my intials monogramed on the bag. The letters were suppose to be the biggest letters they had to offer. Instead I recieved a bag with letter that were so small they could barely be seen.
The hateful man who worked there said that was as big as they could go in the pocket. Perhaps that would have been fine however it was made clear when the bag was dropped off that I did not care if I lost the pocket I just wanted my letters big.
I had already paid for the bag when it was given to me and when I said that I was not happy with the work they quickly became defensive claiming they had done their job and done it correctly.
After a long agrument with the very old rude staff it was clear to me I wasnt going to get my money back. They had ruined my bag and they were proud of it . Never once did they offer to fix the bag the way I wanted it.
While outside beside my car talking on my cell phone after walking out angry over being robbed I women asked what had happen. She had witnessed my extreme emotion towards the staff over them not only ruining my item but taking my money and not even offering to fix it.
While explaining to the women what had occured.. They man who done the crappy work he was so proud of came out the door shouting he was calling the cops that I was trespassing......
Never in my life have I witness such rudeness. They made me pay for my bag only to hand it to me to find they ruined it...they offered no written record of what I wanted when it was left so they just said I didnt wanted what they had done... they robbed me of my money and ruined my bag....
Moments later after taking it to true professionals who fianlly fixed it ... I learned that Just Sew did not even do what did correctly and that the thread that made out the tiny pumpy letter would have came undone rather quickly because they did not even put a backing on it ...
in short Just Sew is full of old hags who are rude to customers and ruin peoples things and could care less
