I submitted a question on Justanswer.com. I (reluctantly) gave my account information after being informed that my account WOULD NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS I ACCEPTED THE ANSWER. The website clearly states that this is their policy. I never received an answer to my question. However, my account was charged $18!!! I immediately contacted my bank and explained the situation. I am relieved to find out that my bank will reverse the charge and not allow this SCAM INTERNET SITE to charge my account again.

See.. if you would have just read the emails they send you and look in the terms of service.. you would have not had to come in here spreading a bunch of defamatory comments about  being a scam site.  Would a scam site have an A+ rating with the BBB?

Anyways.. you could have goten your refund by logging into your Just Answer account and then pointing your browser to justanswer.com/refund.aspx

See.. its not rocket science.
