We are a small Tucson rent to own company. We rented a laptop to Justin Eubank, we always felt we had to go through alot of "hoops' to get him to pay, but also know that comes with the territory.

After giving us 5 credit cards with charge authorizations, all of his cards were always declined.

After some period of not recieving a payment, Justin told us he was going to go to our website and make a $200 payment with a CC-which he did, using someone else's cc information-a person named Thomas L. who reversed the charges back to us as unknown. Justin told us this was his Stepfather-which ended up not being true.

After this, we went to visit Justin Eubank at his residence for the second time. He had moved, and not let us know, luckily his landlord Debra let us know where we could find him, so we went to his new location.

Justin's wife Nichole was at the residence, but claimed Justin was not there. After a lengthy period of going around with her telling her we wanted our lap top back due to non payment, and cc fraud, as well as Nichole saying she knew nothing about all of this. She finally asked us to hold on so she could "call" Justin, and at that point he went out a back window or door of their residence and around the house, and came down the drive like he just happened to be "strolling" home, after some arguing he ended up admitting that he had sold the laptop, and that the credit card that he had used to make the $200 payment with was someone he knew that he stated owed him money. We left on the agreement that we would not report the system as stolen if Justin continued to make regular payments- he made a payment on that day, and has not made another payment since, that was over 2 months ago. We did report the system as stolen to the police. Justin has moved again, and will not give us his new address. $1,656 is the unpaid amount that Justin Eubanks owes our business.

Justin claims to be a computer repair tech. and video game designer, he has went under the business alias's Dynamix Networks, Remedy PC, and Criminal Origins, Fuse Online PC Services, Talon Technical Services. He has served time in the the past for criminal activity as well(on public records).

As I was browsing through the site, the name brought to my attention. I have met Justin while back. He appeared typical computer tech type, who enjoys doing what he does. I will not argue with anyone who had negative experience with Jusin.
Becuase I can see how his words are bigger than what he is capable of doing.   My experience with Justin was positive and disappointing.   He gives you since of confidence that he can resolve the problem, and as he tries to resolve it, however,  only thing you are left with is little progress and time consuming.  He tries to finish his work, unfortunatly, he will not able to produce what he promised.

Far as scam artist goes, I am not sure about it.  He didnt do anything to scam me.  His rates were reasonable, cheaper than what you would have paid at any computer repair or tech place.  If you have no knowledge of computer, programming  or web designing.  Then I highly suggest you use reputable computer repair places or tech support.

Rule of thumb is that, you get what you paid for.  If you were to hire car mechanic who fixes it at their home garage, well dont expect any warranty or have it fixed within same day.

Justin might be skilled computer tech, but he is no different from a car mechanic who does repairs at his home garage.

No warrant, no insurance, no guarantee, and no refund on your product.

If you were to speak negative about Justin , then ask yourself this question.  Who asked him for help? Better yet, who hired him for the service? Check the persons background and their creditability before hiring that person!  Dont blame anyone but yourself for hiring none professionals!

In my personal opinion, if you need someone to do simple computer work, such as: replacing computer parts, simple reconfiguring system, uninstall or reinstall software, data recovery, minor troubleshoot, basic computer 101, .. You will be fine.  Dont allow him to tackle on complex task.  If you have expensive system or software issues, then call the professionals who are certified and will warranty their work.

Dont let your BMW or Lexus to be repaired by mechanic who works at their home garage.  Take it to the certified dealership or reputable service shop!  Use common sense folks!

Justin Eubank worked with our company for about 2 months to complete a complex website and during that time he, hacked into our server, going through extremely personal files, got into financial files, and changed passwords, log ins, user names, and much more.  At this point we are not sure how much damage he's caused... we are still investigating!

He has cost the company huge amounts of time and LARGE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS not to mention walking out on an unfinished product that he claimed he could accomplish before the deadline but we came to realize that his mouth is much larger than his abilities.

PLEASE BE AWARE - WARNING:
DO NOT HIRE JUSTIN EUBANK IF PERSONAL/FINANCIAL INFORMATION IS ACCESSIBLE.  Justin Eubank has criminal intentions, and will use what he can to gain access for identity theft and personal gain. I, personally have pending charges, for identity theft against him. He hacked into my personal accounts and opened false accounts using my name, in gross measures.

I empathize with all, from the grief that Justin Eubank has caused everyone.  He takes no accountability for his own criminal behavior or actions but twists his "at-fault" actions back onto the victim, as tho they are at fault and he shows no sign of owning up to the crimes he commits, this is very shocking!

Justin Eubank is an extremely sly & dangerous computer hacker. DO NOT trust any personal computer information with him, he will only use it against you. This, I personally know and I'm still dealing with!

***JUSTIN EUBANK IS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN STAR VALLEY, ARIZONA.***
(Houston Creek Landing)
Soon moving to PAYSON, ARIZONA, FRONTIER APARTMENTS, under the name of Nicholle Greenburg.  I understand he has several warrant's out for his arrest.  I have the actual address and phone number should anyone want it or need it.  I am not sure - if I am able to post that information public-ally here or not?  Let me know if you need this information in order to pursue Justin for court actions. He drives a silver/grey 1999 Chevy Suburban, on a suspended/revoked license and continues to drive... last known, this vehicle was being sought after for repossession, thus the reason Justin is in hiding... or continually moving.

MV Computer / Rent Smart seems to have the same comments about customers they decide to dispose of!! From Nov. 2008 through Feb. 2009 I made all payments as agreed, either per the contract or by written agreement from the owner. I was late on one payment by 2 days and paid the late fees as defined by the contract. During this time the owner continually stated how much his company liked doing business with me and I was a valued customer. Feb 7, 2009 I moved and during the move, the laptop stopped working completely. I immediately called the owner as stated in the contract, 1) to inform him of the laptop problem and 2) to tell him the change of address. The contract states I had 2 days to provide this information and it took him 3 days to return the many calls I placed. On Feb 10th he came to my residence to check the laptop. I told him the laptop came on and immediately the screen went white then black. My daughter was with me when it happened and stated it acted the same way hers did when the kids spilled milk all over it, so I immediately unplugged everything, pulled the battery and turned it upside down. Nothing came out, but I left it that way incase. The owner told me I did exactly the right thing. He took the laptop partially apart and stated he saw no evidence there was anything spilled inside. He decided to take the laptop and sent it to Dell for warranty repair, stating "all the business he provided dell they had better fix it under warranty". He informed me I was not liable for any payments while the laptop was being repaired. Mar 1, 2009 I received a call from the owner that the laptop was repaired and ready to return. I informed him per the contract that 2 days prior I learned of an income decrease and asked if he would call and return the laptop on the 16th to allow me a week to earn the payment due. He agreed. On Mar 11, 2009 I called him as my home computer had broken down and I depend on the internet for my income. I called every day, several times a day for 2 days with no response. The 3rd day I was in desperate mode, already losing 1/2 my income, now in jeopardy of losing the rest with no working computer. I left a message on the company's VM questioning his work ethics as I was not getting a response from him. He returned my call with excuses of non-working phone lines and stated he would drop off the laptop that evening. Several minutes later he called again stating he had decided to end business with me as he had just heard my last message and I had hurt his feelings. On Mar 12, 2009 I called, got the VM as usual and left a message apologizing for speaking from a desperate place and informed him that I did not find any place in the contract that "hurt feelings were grounds to terminate the agreement. I mentioned my boss had suggested contact with the Attorney General if the contract continued to be violated. I received a several messages via VM from the owner rambling about late payments and other contract violations on my part that were totally false, and he stated it wasn't about the money for him, he would not return the computer per the contract, he would email the pay off balance and we could discuss it. I returned the call again stating I was not in violation and would complete payments or he needed to return the money I had paid to date on the contract. There was another VM on my phone from him with derogatory comments and I was not getting the computer back. I responded to his VM I could not get on the internet for the payoff information and his refusal to return the laptop forced me in the position of calling the Attorney Generals Office. Then I received a threatening VM from the female owner accusing me of harassment and informing me that I was not getting the laptop. Consumer's Desired Resolution: I request a return of the $275 I have paid to date as the owner refuses comply with his own contract. I still request my money back and I request the legalities of which this company operates under be investigated as they have now falsified information and I can prove it. 03/17/2009 BBB MORE INFO RECEIVED FROM THE CONSUMER : Additionally I am being charged late fees of which I know nothing about since I was notified once I was late and paid those late fees. He is giving me until the 25th to pay in full on a contract I did not terminate! He now states the contract is being terminated for non-payment. I paid every payment to the date he took the laptop for warranty repair. He told me I was not liable for payments while he had the computer and I was prepared with a $50 payment on return of the laptop however he never returned it. He fails to make note he was informed via VM message and via phone conversation I had a payment for him on return of the laptop.

Hmmm well then, go for it! But then again, since you did not show up in person per detective Wilson's request, and everything that has come out of your mouth so far is a lie, what makes this any different? You are just trying to down play the fact that this warrant was issued and that it shows you committed a criminal act by not returning our system, or continuing to pay for it. Oh yeah...we are still waiting to hear from your lawyer as well Maybe you can get him to help you "overturn" the warrant to lol! What a great laugh!! Michael & Melinda

22nd of december. still crying. LOL btw - look at the Subcase meanings on those "warrants" which havent been unsealed yet / no disposition. M - I . Stands for Misdemeanor.... so... let me mail in a motion to Quash Warrant, and be on my way. lol. We can arrange for a arraignment at a convienent time. all well. Merry Christmas! btw - I played Left 4 Dead michael, and was not impressed with it. I think the game is just a cheap console port. regardless of the computer reviews. Also look out for Darkfall. seems to be a good game concept. comes out in Janurary. Anywho- see you in WoW! :P

All your lies and fairy tales need to stop Justin. You show very strong signs of mental issues and being a pathological liar-you should really get some help for this. The post by the Tucson business here shows you are STILL in Tucson, despite trying to convince everyone otherwise, and you are still scamming and ripping people off. You have two counts and a warrant out for your arrest for our laptop that you did not return, & did not finish the contract for as agreed upon- All of the details are below... Hello We have a business in Tucson and we hired Justin to do some work. We have run into trouble that I would like to city of Tucson to hear about. I will explain how he operates in detail. To start off he does have some training in computers and just like anyone in the world who has some skills in a certain field can perform tasks that seem hard to the normal person, but to any average computer geek, his task are small. He likes to do a couple jobs for a customer to gain the trust and you feel like you would like to help the guy, because he seems to live such a sad life. So most people decide to give him the benefit of doubt. Thats where you go wrong!!! You can not trust this guy. He owes my mom over $232 and has not made the time to call back or fill the job he was paid to do. I guess this guess operates a company in his mind. i read in his myspace page that he has a company Called CRIMINAL ORIGINS. I believe that he does have some deep issues and maybe he can not help but ripping people off. I believe that KARMA will catch up with ( or the law) and he will learn a lesson, Just like we all need a learn a lesson a stay away from guys like this. our first clue was, he didnt drive and we had to pay for his cab ride over to fix a computer issue. He does make up a lot of stories regarding what he is doing and going, he always calls from a blocked number and will never leave you a GOOD number to call him. Emailing his can be good if he is working a new scam with you.....but if you come in contant with a guy named JUSTIN EUBANKS FROM TUCSON.....Call the police....and refer to the case numbers in the above posts. We are going to file our own case. We hope people will learn and maybe Justin will too.

Yes Justin, I am sure in your mind the "attention" must be quite flattering, but then again you seem to be taking alot of time posting on merchant circle, sending in falsified complaints to the attorney general about us, as well as other things. For someone who is suppose to be doing so good, you sure seem to be awful aggravated. You sold our computer, we made the mistake of trusting you, and heck, we even liked you as a person in the beginning, Michael even wanted to help bring business your way. So you are right, we were stupid to ever trust you not only as a customer, but a person, and we made the same mistake with Jennifer Gillard. But, thanks to you two, and learning from the mistakes we made with you, we have built a better stronger, more successful business-thanks. We hope that you, Nichole, and Meadow have a great "Turkey" day, and a very Merry Christmas.

But I am - Just not at Pima - that was years ago btw. Took care of my General Education Courses - to save a buck ya know? Never did finish my bachelors. but then again - im young. anywho, I am amused your still working so hard just for me. Im sorry the Detective and the District Attorney refused not to charge. But when you lie in a police report, and then have no evidence - its hard to charge someone for a crime. Good luck with the lawsuit too. I recently noticed you filed and was served back to you, to serve to me - well i am sort of out of the area code now. My wife and Daughter (btw, nice move calling CPS. got a letter back 3 weeks ago - claim unsubstantiated) the meth use was a nice touch. Where was i. My wife and I - moved as we were hoping to over a year ago. Thanks to a customer that i am happy to see stood up for me on this website. Large job. Big paycheck. ya know how that goes. Im sorry it didnt work out as you had planned. But!!! Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Enjoy the Holidays. My daughter and I are going to be a super time. Its her first real christmas too, so we have to make that special. I will be back in Tucson eventually. BTW!!! Jennifer Gillard did sell her laptop - I cant believe you rented her one. I mean - she has such a potty mouth on her. And she gave you a State Bank Card to run it with. i mean common. someone who is on Food Stamps and Cash Assistance - your going to lend a laptop to for 140/mo ?

No, Justin Eubank is not a student. Unfortunately, he has said many things that are not true, and unfortunately this is one of them. And, yes I have heard that he has sold many things on craigslist, some possibly stolen as well.

This guy is a known scammer from craigslist and in fact he most likely sold the laptop in question there. On a side note, according to his linkedin account he is student at Pima Community College. So send your detective that way. http://www.linkedin.com/pub/4/85a/213

Great to hear that Justin has done work for you that you are happy with. Unfortunatly, Justin has not been honest with us. As far as a recent move, and possibly living on Dove Mountain(which we sincerely doubt)- we will let Detective Dallas Wilson(case # 080280542) track him down. He has been doing a awesome job so far, & we stay in regular communication with him. You are correct in saying that we are in a "predator" swamped industry, however in any business you have to be prepared for pitfalls-and we are no different. On the same token-we will also not let dishonest people feel as they can do whatever they choose. is he linked to E-Space I was amazed that i read this about Justin Eubank. and although i did not know he had a wife, he seems to be doing very well. We recently overhauled our wireless network for the hotel and have seen nothing but good come out from this person. I know he runs a small business - and i hope its not the same one you were referring to. He did mention of a recent move - and lives in Dove Mountain if i remember. Justin was nothing but honest in our opinion. Also - considering the predator swamped industry you are in, and the times we are going through these past few months, i wouldnt be surprised if this happens to you more often.
