In follow-up of my complaint of yesterday against just-leather.com. Mr. Sherman phoned and emailed me several times over xmas eve and xmas to apologize and offer restitution. Not only did he offer to refund my monies, but also to provide the merchandise free of charge. I have confirmed receipt of the refund by the 3rd party billing company. Although, I was very suspicious about his business practices, Mr. Sherman made multiple attempts to rectify the problem.
