My experience is the same bad experience as reported by the Corpus Christi Consumer Watch Group--no communication, excuses, falsified bills even, 3 liens placed on property by city while they "managed" it, 4 consecutive tenants all vandalized and totally trashed the property. I lost over $15,000 in repairs and missed rent in 4 years' time. I caught on when they sent repair requests/estimates to repair a gate the property doesn't have and to remove a tree that didn't exist--at least not in my yard. I requested photos and they were the next door neighbor's property. They wrote in my fie I'm a problem landlord and won't fix anything as a result of my refusing to pay for repairs on other people's property, and for wanting "second opinion" estimates on costly proposals. Amazingly, most of the time when i did this, the next estimate came in for about 50-60% of the original--corroborating how fishy and untrustworthy the first ones are. That's way too high a variance to just be the "market." They don't do what they say. Estimates are outrageous. They allowed pets in the property when I had specifically told them not to allow pets anymore after replacing damaged carpet. Don't trust them with your property--it's a nightmare you'll regret.
