Kia Finance They keep sending me late bill Whalen I’m not late! Called customer in service and they said no problem we will take it right off! Guess what? Still getting bill. Hard to get live person! Takes forever! Will never use them again! Promised to not send late payment when not due but still comng Fountain Valley California
I have financed with KiA for 3 years now. Suddenly I get account past due notice. Called waited, transferred, promised it would be taken care of. Still coming, third notice. It is almost impossible to get a live person! I am stressed out ! My payments all up to date. They pass the buck, don’t take care of problems. I will never use them again! Buyer beware of terrible customer service!!

If you are up to date and your account shows you are up to date, what in the world is the big deal about getting a letter??? Are there now better things to get upset about? This is absolutely ridiculous!
