I purchased several items from this company on November 25, 2021 via a Facebook ad. They confirmed the order ( #KAD9450US, charged my debit card the full amount of $89/95 on November 27 2021  but never delivered the merchandise. Their website indicates shipping within 10 days so shoul dhave received no later than December 8, 2021 and it is now December 2, 2021. 

I want immediate return of this money to my bank account and have insitiatued an nvvestigation with my financial institution. I have also notificed several agencies, including the the NYS State Attorney Genral, Dept of Consumer Protection and the FCC.
