Interesting to read the problems others have had with this creep. He moved to my neighborhood, bought a totally nice house, ripped it apart to upgrade and flip it, didn't finish a d**n thing, got in trouble with the bank, fled to the Netherlands where I see he's pretending to be a trained longtime shoe and fashion designer. Tried to rip off the bank by renting out the house and still not paying anything on the mortgage. Bank put a stop to that.
cut down a big tree on the cheaps without proper people or equipment. It fell on driveway next door and crushed the neighbor's car. Parked his big construction vehicles blocking the street and didn't move them when people tried to get through.
Left partly finished pool in the back yard that's a danger to neighborhood kids. Now the house can't sell because of all the incomplete work and the permits have expired. So much fuss and down payment involved in buying, no one wants to bother.
The house is now an eyesore in the otherwise well-groomed community, shingles falling off, garage windows broken, weeds all over the place. But it's at least better than having him in the neighborhood. The man is a horror, how he wakes up in the morning and faces himself I'll never know.

I had to take the time to respond to this Ripoff report when it was presented to me, as a result of it's vile deceitful and liblelis content all of which was fabricated by it's author.
I have first hand knowledge about this meddling busy body neighbor from Kaimi's old Laguna Beach residance, at the time that this guy was continually invaiding Kaimi and his familys privacy in unbelievable ways. Kaimi was one of the larger developers in Laguna Beach with his upscale corprate offices located directly across the street from Laguna city hall and building department.
Kaimi and his wife who was a prominent stay at home CFO for a Fortune 1000 company and mother of three with one child on the way were activly involved with their children and in the Laguna Beach community church working with the less fortunate residents in Laguna Beach.
While people like their neighbor who filed this Ripoff report are focused on controlling their next door neighbors while Kaimi was out repairing Laguna Beach homes for the less fortunete. In addition to all of his family business and community responsibiltys he was also spending his valuble time fending off building inspectors from nourmerious complaints filed by this guy on his personal residance which was in need of major rehab as many other propertys were in the neighborhood. As a result of this guys going to get you slanderous attitude Kaimi's home was continually stalled in the rebuilding process, and to think that it all started by Kaimi removing a sick tree in his own back yard that triggered this persons insane behavior which ended up eventually costing Kaimi the property in the down turn of 2008.
They are two of the best most loving involved parents that I have ever known, who give all of their spare time to their children who speak both Dutch and english, this is why they are such incredible children such as Hans who is currently a national chess champion.
