Complaint Review: KandB transportation - South Sioux City Nebraska

KandB Transportation is a NO good company on all fronts. Do not go to their Orientation or work for them as a company driver. Here's the list of many faucets of evil,hatefullyness and just being mean to your fellow human beings. They treat all persons with No dignity. Here's my nightmare with KandB transportation. I want you to call the Shell station acress form KandB transportation and ask them how many driver arrive their with No ride back to hotel or they greyhound terminal. please call and ask if you do not believe my words. It is The shell station phone number: 402-494-5471. Call and simply ask.

How many drivers come to this Shell station when KandB Transportation kicks the out of Orientation? See for yourself. Then run Fast from them.Well I did not take their job. I read the KandB transportation contract. You will have to sign it. It clearly states: If you are late on 1 load. KandB transportation will place a full report on your DAC which will states you have committed "Gross Negligence". Then you will be terminated. Also, contract states: If you do not report to KandB Transportation every day whether it be home time or Driving. If you do not report to the company by time required. They will call the police and you will be fully charged with "Grand theft Auto".

You are not allowed to use any type of GPS on written down. And you 1 touch cell phones or anything. I have spoekn to a friend whom I meet during orientation he has told me the dispatchers cuss you,call you names and give you No self respect. He had been home from first trip only on 10 hours..they refused a re-set for him. He had only 8-9 hours time left. They would not allow him to do the full 34 hour re-set...so he went back on road to only sit at a truck stop becuase they burnt up the time. So I left after reading their bogus contract. I asked for a ride back to the hotel and greyhound. They said you are now done with our company.

You will now be escorted to the door and gate....then only you will find a ride to the hotel and greyhound station. And it was cold in NE with high wind chill. I walked over 3/4 mile and j wlaked accress a street of heavy traffic. It was Shawn the recruiter whom done this...with the consent amd approval of terminal manager. I would have beat his a**..if only I was closer to home. He still has a real good A** beating coming from myself. So they said get walking and keep on walking. It was very cold. He said if he also does not get to call my new potential employer and if it is same completing company...then he will call their local greyhound...have them refuse my ticket....and more or less by their in direct actions...hope for me to just die or be killed in some manner.

As long as its not directly by them. So I gave the phone number to my new prospective employer...then Shawn told them I'm a job hopper and never hire me or this person. I do not have my CDL license for 1 year. I have been with 1 company for over 6 months. How can I job hop. They just use the DAC against CDL drivers since it list your employement history whether you accept the keys or position or not. This is just hateful and being down right mean. So I leave and go to the local shell station. I ask the clerk..does kandb kick people out of orientation and not offer them a ride? She said it happens all the time!!!!!!! ok So call them and ask for yourself...then run away from this Evil..spiteful...hateful..company. 402-494-5471. So I paid $178.00 for my way home.
